UNLP creates pathways between association membership, clearer records and relevant services. Understand your association connection, the information behind it and where to ask for help.
This website explains the model. It does not register you, issue a card or open a private member record.

Understand the connection
Choose a chapter. Follow the details.
Your association. Your starting point.
Your association and chapter provide the context for your membership. One person can have several association memberships; each relationship remains distinct.
MACBAN
Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria
Cattle breeders, pastoralists and livestock producers.
Activities overlap. Ask the relevant association about its membership requirements and local arrangements. A shared member record does not give everyone access to the information.
Person · relationship · evidence
One person. Connected records.
A useful record keeps the person distinct from the organisations they belong to and the livestock they work with. Its source and history explain how the information came together.
A shared phone number or a matching name alone does not establish that two records belong to one person.

The member card concept
Association identity. A recognisable format.
The card concept brings association identity and a shared member reference into one format. It makes the relationship easier to recognise while keeping the underlying decisions distinct.

A member reference does not replace a government identity document or establish citizenship. Registration or a card does not itself approve a loan, insurance policy or government benefit. Ask your association or UNLP about card enquiries.
Information & correction
Your information. A clear way to ask.
Ask what is needed, why it is collected and who is authorised to use it. Ask for the relevant privacy information in a language you understand.
A clear purpose
Registration is not blanket permission for future uses. Optional services have their own terms and permissions.
Appropriate access
Linked association records do not mean unrestricted access. Use should follow the authorised task and purpose.
No. This website explains the platform and provides an enquiry route. Ask UNLP or your association’s authorised representative about the appropriate next step for your location.
Is a member record the same as association membership?
They describe different things. The member record describes a person; association membership describes that person’s relationship with an association and chapter. A record does not replace the association’s membership process.
Can one person belong to more than one association?
The Registry model allows distinct association memberships to connect to one person. Membership conditions remain with the relevant association. A shared record is not permission for unrestricted sharing between associations.
Does a complete record mean my identity has been verified?
No. Completeness describes the information present. Verification concerns the supporting evidence and the review of that evidence. Neither should be assumed from a completed form alone.
What if I do not have a particular identity document?
Ask the authorised team which evidence is accepted for the process you are using. Do not send documents through a general enquiry email or assume that entering a document number completes verification.
How do I ask about an incorrect record?
Start with your association’s authorised representative. If you need help finding the right route, send a short general enquiry. Ask for instructions before sending supporting documents. This page cannot change a member record.
Can I order or replace a card here?
No. Ask your association’s authorised representative or UNLP about card enquiries; this website does not issue or replace cards.
What does membership or registration cost?
Ask the relevant association or authorised programme team for the applicable terms. Association dues, registration arrangements and optional paid services are separate matters. Confirm what any charge covers before agreeing to it.
Will an enquiry create a membership or support ticket?
No. The email link opens your email application so you can send an enquiry. It does not enrol you, change a record or create an on-site ticket.
